AKC PDF Pro is developed by Akkayar. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and website.
2. Information we collect
AKC PDF Pro does not require an account for its core features. Akkayar does not intentionally collect the contents of documents you open, edit, sign, convert, or organize.
When you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email, device information, screenshots, attachments, and message.
3. Document files and local processing
Core document processing is intended to occur on your device. Files may be copied into app-managed storage so the app can continue accessing them under Android and iOS storage rules. Exported files are saved to locations chosen by you.
4. Permissions
- Files and media: open, import, save, export, share, and organize files.
- Photos: select images for conversion, signatures, and watermarks.
- Internet: open support pages, online resources, or update information.
- Biometrics: only if app lock is enabled in the released version.
5. Third-party services
This site does not include analytics or advertising by default. If the released app uses AdMob, Firebase, Crashlytics, subscriptions, cloud services, AI services, or other SDKs, this policy and the store data disclosures must be updated.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect support communications. Local files are protected by your device security. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove app-managed copies, settings, and temporary data.
7. Children's privacy
The app is not directed specifically to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices
You can clear recent files, temporary files, cache, and app data through app settings or operating-system controls.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the app, permissions, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
